Research Interests
I am very curious about how bees interact with their environments. Currently, I study the fungal associates of bees and how bee visitation can transport microbes (beneficials, pathogens, and neutral) in agricultural systems (specifically, cranberry). I am broadly interested in pollinator conservation and ways to incorporate conservation strategies in our agroecosystems and urban/suburban settings.
Personal Interests
Baking sweet treats (especially cakes!), bicycling, hiking, camping, painting, crocheting, and gardening.
