Research Interests:
The driving motivation for my work is my deep seeded passion for cultivating a resilient agricultural system that serves both the land and the beings who occupy it. My research explores how land management and land cover affect water quality on a watershed scale. I am driven to bring my work to the broader agricultural community in a way that speaks to folks across social, economic, and political divides and empowers communities to work towards a more livable future. This requires that my research be community focused and accessible to all, which I hope to achieve by integrating outreach, education, and care into all aspects of my work.
Personal interests:
Cooking, horseback riding, kickboxing, hiking, and taking in live music with friends
